Today is the start of the Blackhawks Convention downtown at the Hilton.  Although it is the off-season for the Hawks and they weren’t able to bring the Cup back to Chicago this year, it didn’t stop the fans from swiping all the tickets to the event.  The sold out event starts at 3pm with opening ceremonies at 5pm.  Get there early and stay late.

Here is a close up shot that I got when I last met Tony Esposito and had him autograph a photo for me.  As team ambassador,he also received a Championship ring in 2010.
