In Rememberance of Pearl Harbor, this monument was dedicated by The Pearl Harbor Survivors Association of Illinois. It is located in The Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Inscribed with the following:
“In Memory of those 2403 Gallant Americans who perished in the service of their country on the Hawaiian Island of Oahu, December 7, 1941. A day that will live in infamy. ‘He’ bore them up on eagles wings.”
