This is Cloud Gate in Millenium Park…mostly known as the “bean”.  Created by British artist Anish Kapoor.  The artist wanted to create something that would reflect the Chicago skyline and clouds above. The sculpture is one of the largest of its kind and measures 66-feet long by 33-feet high with a 12-foot high arch.  Located in AT&T Plaza in Millenium Park, the arch allows visitors to step inside, touch its mirror-like surface and see their reflection.   Whether you see it during the day or night, summer or fall, this is really an amazing site.
